The President Abraham Lincoln Springfield, a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, is located in the heart of historic downtown Springfield, IL. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion for service to join our Security team. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and staff, as well as the security of the hotel and its property, in our ongoing commitment to delivering outstanding guest service and financial success.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour!

What will I be doing?

As a Part-Time Security Officer, your responsibilities include:

• Patrolling the interior and perimeter of the hotel to identify potential safety and security risks
• Responding to emergency situations such as hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life or property
• Conducting preliminary investigations into incidents as needed
• Writing reports and maintaining accurate documentation
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously
