Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee all housekeeping operations for a hotel property in Garden Grove, CA. You will lead housemen, laundry, and breakfast staff, ensuring Home2 by Hilton standards are met and costs are controlled.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, inspections, inventory management, and cross-department coordination to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction. Flexible hours and weekend coverage are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a housekeeping management role.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team, including housemen, laundry staff, housekeepers, and breakfast personnel.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate expectations and address any concerns.
• Order cleaning supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring the department is well-stocked.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor usage to minimize waste and control costs.
• Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with Home2 by Hilton standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on housekeeping operations, including staffing, inventory, and maintenance needs.
