Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a part-time Housekeeper/Inspector for our extended stay hotel in Garden Grove. You will support room cleaning, inspections, and laundry tasks while ensuring compliance with Hilton Home2 standards.

The role requires flexibility to cover peak times and weekends. Ideal candidates have experience in housekeeping, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Hilton Home2 guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Room Cleaning/Inspections: Thorough cleaning/inspections of guest rooms and common areas to meet Hilton Home2 standards.
• Cleaning Assistance: Support housekeeping staff during busy periods or staff shortages.
• Laundry Duties: Assist with laundry operations to keep linens and towels ready for use.
• Assign Housekeeping Boards: Manage daily housekeeping boards and ensure coverage.
• Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to staff on best practices and Hilton standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor cleaning supplies and linens; report low stock.
