Job summary

You will perform essential cleaning tasks, respond to guest requests promptly, and uphold safety and hygiene standards in a fast-paced hotel environment. Part-time hours with weekend work required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering courteous guest service and problem solving.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in guest rooms.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety and hygiene procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional and courteous service at all times.
• Clean rooms upon request
• Handle and complete all guests’ requests immediately.
• Disinfect the entire bathroom including toilet, ensure the entire bathroom is free of hair
• Collects soiled linens for laundering, maintain linen supplies in appropriate locations
• Vacuum, mop, sweep guest room floor and hallways
• Maintain and keep a organized cart properly stocked and free of trash
• Clean all stay over’s, and checkout rooms in the allotted time for your property
• Remove all trash and place in dumpster, stock cart for the next person, empty vacuum daily
• Complete maintenance ticket for any items not working in the room or including safety concerns
• Insure the safety of our guest’s property assets; never open door for guest’s who forgot their key (redirect them back to the front desk)
