Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management responsibilities
• Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively lead staff and liaise with other departments
• Knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and janitorial best practices
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams and maintaining high service standards
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across all areas.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Develop work schedules, assign duties, and monitor staff productivity to meet standards.
• Implement and maintain cleaning & sanitation procedures aligned with health regulations and best practices.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and quality standards.
• Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety regulations, and equipment use.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective procurement.
