Hotel Saint Vincent, operated by MML Hospitality, seeks an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead daily housekeeping operations, ensuring room readiness, public-area cleanliness, and guest comfort in a landmark New Orleans property.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coach a diverse team while collaborating with Rooms, Front Office, Engineering, and hotel leadership to maintain high standards and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel, resort, or luxury environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, room inspections, linen and inventory controls, and labor management.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through with guest needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear direction and timely feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping operations, including morning assignments, room prioritization, inspections, and end-of-day handoffs.
• Maintain a visible presence, identify needs early, and resolve room-readiness concerns.
• Monitor labor, inventory, and departmental expenses to protect quality and profitability.
• Collaborate with Rooms, Front Office, Engineering, and leadership to ensure a consistent guest experience.
