Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Four years of commercial cleaning experience.
• Four years supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of and skill in commercial cleaning techniques.
• Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets.
• Knowledge of OSHA required commercial cleaning safety practices.
• GILA WAY emphasis to greet interact listen and appreciate our guest; mentoring for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and provides leadership to housekeeping staff to maintain clean, orderly facilities.
• Schedules work to ensure coverage and proper cleaning across the enterprise.
• Maintains cleaning supplies inventory and safety data sheets.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Manages equipment maintenance checks and departmental budget.
• Trains staff on cleaning duties, equipment usage, and safety.
• Mentors Pathways Mentorship Program participants for future management roles.
