Job summary

Sky Resorts is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor for the Arizona Oasis RV Resort in Ehrenberg, Arizona. You will lead the housekeeping team, build weekly schedules, set daily priorities, and ensure every rental, restroom, laundry area, office, and common space is guest-ready and aligned with our standards.

You’ll inspect, train, and coach your crew, manage linen and supply orders, control inventory, and uphold quality checks.

Qualifications

• 2 years of housekeeping experience in hospitality or similar guest-facing environment.
• Experience leading, training, or directing others.
• Basic inventory/ordering experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills to navigate booking/reservation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule the housekeeping team weekly.
• Inspect rentals, restrooms, laundry areas, offices, and common spaces to meet standards.
• Step in during high-volume days or turnovers.
• Order linens and cleaning supplies to maintain stock.
• Maintain inventory par levels and organize the supply room.
• Enforce cleaning checklists and property standards.
• Train and coach team; provide daily direction.
• Communicate maintenance issues or supply needs to management.
