WHAT YOU'LL DO

As the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll oversee the cleanliness and presentation of our property. In this role, you will:

• Lead and manage the housekeeping and laundry teams, ensuring the highest cleanliness standards
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and quality control measures
• Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering for housekeeping supplies
• Conduct regular, daily inspections to ensure rooms and public areas meet brand and safety standards
• Handle guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related concerns promptly
• Train, mentor, and support your team to achieve high performance and job satisfaction
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel

• At least 5 years of progressive housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel setting
