Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years in hotel housekeeping with 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Thorough knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning techniques, and sanitation standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.

Aufgaben

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry services.
• Develop and implement effective housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Train, schedule, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards.
