SUMMIT HOSPITALITY GROUP in Charlotte is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead cleanliness and guest experience at the Residence Inn Charlotte Uptown. You will supervise all housekeeping activities and ensure compliance with corporate standards.

The role requires 2–5 years of management experience, a high school diploma or hospitality degree, and preferred Spanish language skills. You'll manage budgets, schedules, safety procedures, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years housekeeping management experience in hotels/restaurants/extended stay facilities.
• H.S. diploma or GED or 2-year hospitality-related degree.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise housekeeping operations to meet brand standards.
• Schedule associates for hourly or per-room duties within budgets.
• Train staff according to expectations and brand standards.
• Manage inventories of guest supplies, linens, and cleaning equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and conduct staff meetings.
