Job summary

PAH Management seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor in Charlotte, NC to lead daily housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction across the hotel. You will train and mentor staff, monitor quality scores, manage inventory and budgets, and collaborate with Front Desk to optimize room availability while upholding safety and brand standards.

This full-time role requires at least four years in housekeeping with leadership experience; proficiency in MS Office

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of progressive housekeeping or rooms operations experience.
• At least two years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, laundry operations, inventory management, and QA.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily housekeeping and laundry operations to meet cleanliness standards.
• Train, coach, mentor, and develop staff while fostering a service-oriented culture.
