Job summary

TKC Hospitality Group DBA Ramsey Hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping department and supervise Room Attendants, Laundry Attendants, Inspectors, and Housepersons. You will ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction across all hotel areas, while managing staffing, training, and performance evaluations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of supervisory experience in hospitality.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for long periods to inspect guest rooms and public areas.
• Lifting, carrying, and stocking supplies and materials (up to 75 pounds).
• Ability to move furniture and perform duties for supervised employees.

Additional Information:

• One to two years of post-high school education preferred.
• Previous work experience as an Assistant or Executive Housekeeping Manager or similar role.
• Working knowledge of computers and excellent customer service skills.
