Crowne Plaza Knoxville Downtown University is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards. You will supervise, train, and support housekeeping staff, inspect cleanliness, and coordinate daily operations to maintain high quality.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred; supervisory or inspection experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report maintenance issues and ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals.
• Assist with inventory control of housekeeping supplies and linens.
• Address cleanliness concerns promptly and help resolve guest-related issues.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
