Manage the daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments. Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Facilitate hiring, training, and evaluating staff to ensure maximum employee and guest satisfaction. Conduct regular inspections and coordinate activities with other departments.

Essential Functions
  • Manage daily operations of Housekeeping and Laundry departments.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Handle hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Conduct inspections and ensure cleanliness standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to enhance communication and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage administrative tasks including payroll and expenses.
  • Maintain cleanliness and bathroom scores of 80% and 70% respectively.
Requirements

Supportive functions include performing general cleaning, handling spills, and guest requests. Physical demands include standing for up to 4 hours, lifting up to 75 lbs, and pushing carts weighing up to 250 lbs. Must have manual dexterity and good visual and auditory acuity.

Availability

The role requires flexibility as the company operates 24/7, including holidays, depending on business needs.

Salary

$50,000 - $55,000
