Manage the daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments. Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Facilitate hiring, training, and evaluating staff to ensure maximum employee and guest satisfaction. Conduct regular inspections and coordinate activities with other departments.
Supportive functions include performing general cleaning, handling spills, and guest requests. Physical demands include standing for up to 4 hours, lifting up to 75 lbs, and pushing carts weighing up to 250 lbs. Must have manual dexterity and good visual and auditory acuity.
