Job summary

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cincinnati - Mason is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily operations, uphold brand cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

You will train and coach housekeeping, laundry, and houseman staff; conduct daily room and public‑area inspections; manage scheduling, daily assignments, workflow, and inventory of linens, amenities, chemicals, and equipment; and respond to guest requests with professionalism to ensure timely, quality

Qualifications

• Housekeeping or hotel operations experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety standards, and basic computer systems.
• Reliable attendance; ability to work weekends and holidays.
