Job summary

Living Fully Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Lead for Ozarks Outdoor Resort in Leasburg, MO. The role is weekends, full-time, with compensation of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

You will lead the housekeeping team, assign tasks, and ensure units meet high cleanliness standards to create a welcoming guest environment. The position requires strong leadership, cleaning knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage others effectively to ensure completion of tasks.
• Knowledge of cleaning practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while multitasking.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead frequently.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull cleaning carts and equipment.
• Manual dexterity to operate cleaning tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including exposure to cleaning chemicals and outdoor elements.
• Ability to tolerate noise levels typical of a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages the housekeeping team and oversees daily operations to ensure cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and meet overall standards.
• Coordinates team assignments to meet daily unit needs
• Maintains supply levels for cleaning and laundry operations
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and vacuum floors
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery as needed
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in the designated area
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all public areas/facilities
• Prepare rental units for guest check-in
• Maintain health and sanitary requirements
