Living Fully Resorts is seeking a Reservations Associate to join our team at Dream Ozarks Outdoor Resort in Leasburg, MO. The role focuses on handling bookings, responding to guest inquiries, and delivering friendly customer service in a beautiful outdoor setting.

The position offers both full-time and part-time options with a flexible schedule, including weekends. Candidates should be proficient with reservation tasks and able to manage emails and basic store inventories.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, reservations, or hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency for managing reservations, responding to emails, and handling store inventory systems.
• Knowledge of RV camping, travel, or outdoor recreation is a bonus.

• Location: Dream Ozarks Outdoor Resort, 200 Ozark Outdoor Lane, Leasburg, MO 65535

• Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 Hourly

• Position type: Full-time & Part Time availability

What we are looking for in a Reservations Associate:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, reservations, or hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency is required for managing reservations, responding to emails, and handling store inventory systems.
• Knowledge of or interest in RV camping, travel, or outdoor recreation is a bonus.
• Physical Requirements: This is primarily a desk-based role. Candidates must be able to sit for extended periods, use a computer and phone regularly, and occasionally lift light items (up to 10 lbs), such as office supplies or marketing materials.
