Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and coordinate room attendants, public areas cleaners, and floor supervisors under the Housekeeping Manager. You will ensure standards of cleanliness, staff assignments, and effective communication with front office and other hotel departments.

Responsibilities include scheduling cleaning tasks, maintaining supply inventories, training staff, and enforcing hotel SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Assigns duties to team members and inspects work for cleanliness.
• Prepares and distributes room assignment sheets.
• Maintains communication with front office and other departments.
• Schedules cleaning of rooms, carpets, draperies, and windows as needed.
• Schedules cleaning for lobby, restrooms, hallways, and public areas.
• Oversees periodic deep cleaning projects and meeting room turnover.
• Inventories cleaning supplies and linen stock to ensure adequate supplies.
• Supports executive housekeeper with training and coaching.
