Job summary

Embassy Suites Atlanta Midtown is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping team and maintain high cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas. You will train, coach, and supervise staff, assign daily tasks, inspect cleaning quality, manage supplies, and ensure safety and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment.

• Inspect the cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back of house to ensure adherence to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and accident prevention regulations.
• Control inventory and distribute supplies to staff, maintaining proper levels and minimizing waste.
• Address guest requests, concerns, and problems to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a consistent and efficient housekeeping operation.
