Job summary

InnVentures in Savannah, GA is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for Hotel Indigo Savannah Historic District. You will lead the housekeeping team in a fast-paced hotel environment, ensuring clean, welcoming rooms and a high standard of guest service.

The role requires supervisory experience in hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to manage room readiness, inventory, and schedules while collaborating with maintenance and other departments to achieve hotel goals.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality or property management preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Able to stand and move for entire shift, lift up to 25 pounds, and work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close the housekeeping department daily and report room status.
• Train, supervise and motivate housekeeping staff.
• Assist with laundry operations, inventory, and scheduling.
• Inspect and clean multiple rooms daily and greet guests.
• Support maintenance and other departments to meet hotel goals.
