Job summary

Arizona Charlie's Decatur in Las Vegas is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation across rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture.
• Train Guest Room Attendants, House Persons, and Utility Porters on housekeeping procedures and safety.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Lead pre-shift meetings to communicate expectations and daily priorities to housekeeping staff.
• Monitor supply inventories, control usage, and ensure proper storage and reporting of materials.
• Oversee equipment usage and cleanliness, and coordinate maintenance requests for furnishings, fixtures, and machinery.
• Prepare daily inspection reports and maintain cleaning schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Deliver outstanding guest service to guests and fellow team members.
