Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare assigned guest rooms to the required standards
• Light fixtures, ceilings, vents, walls, furniture, windows, floors, carpets and bathrooms must be cleaned
• Replenish supplies and restock carts; manage linen room items
• Notify supervisor of maintenance needs or issues observed in rooms
• Maintain a clean housekeeping cart and orderly linen room
• Respond to guest requests promptly and greet guests in the hallway
• Adhere to uniform and appearance policies and safety procedures
• Carry out reasonable requests from Management within capabilities
