Loews Arlington Hotel in Arlington's sports district seeks a passionate Manager of Housekeeping to uphold pristine spaces and guest comfort.

Lead daily operations, optimize staffing, implement procedures, mentor team, and collaborate across departments to deliver Loews' standard of excellence. This role emphasizes leadership, quality control, and guest satisfaction in a premier resort setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years housekeeping experience in hotel hospitality.
• Minimum of two (2) years housekeeping or guest service leadership experience.
• Previous experience with Opera Property Management System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public spaces meet Loews' exacting standards.
• Analyze room turns and staffing needs, making real-time adjustments to optimize performance.
• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures that drive efficiency and maintain a pristine environment.
• Interview, hire, and mentor team members, fostering growth and engagement.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
