A leading hotel in Louisville is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping staff member to manage room cleanliness and assist in various housekeeping tasks. The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing linens, cleaning rooms, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This is a full-time position requiring availability during nights and weekends.
Responsibilities include managing all room assignments in an effective and efficient manner. This position ensures cleanliness in all of our guest rooms is met and exceeded. The fast pace of a houseperson requires organization skills and knowledge of housekeeping operations. One must be able to multitask and handle repetitive work on a day to day basis.

Education & Experience
This job operates on multiple floors of the hotel. This role routinely uses cleaning chemicals, mops, brooms, vacuums, cleaning cloths, dolly, hand truck, carts, etc. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. One will be subjected to wet floors, cleaning chemicals, dust, soiled linen, trash, and loud noises. Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, and carry up to 75 pounds on a regular basis. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and move from area to area among the guest floors.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time non-exempt position with expectation to work necessary business hours to ensure business needs are met during the operation of the Housekeeping Department.
