Job Description

Our Housekeeping Houseperson ensures that assigned areas are clean and well-stocked, and services public areas to meet Omni standards.

Responsibilities

• Stock service landings with linens and supplies
• Empty guest linens and garbage regularly
• Assist Guest Room Attendants with room stripping
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, corridors, stairwells, and ice machine rooms
• Remove trays from guest floors
• Dust and ensure doors are scuff-free
• Move furniture as needed and fulfill guest requests
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and staff

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods
• Lift up to 30 lbs unassisted, 100 lbs with assistance; push/pull up to 75 lbs
• Effective communication and time management skills
• Ability to work with chemicals and respond to hazards
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
