Overview

A Houseperson is responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests, contributing to the hotel's commitment to outstanding guest service and profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Houseperson, your responsibilities include:

• Cleaning designated areas such as restrooms, public spaces, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms
• Performing tasks like dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, and cleaning floors
• Greeting guests courteously
• Reporting maintenance issues
• Stocking and maintaining supplies in storage areas
• Executing deep cleaning and special projects as needed
• Assisting with guest requests and cleaning guest rooms when required
