Housekeeping Houseperson - Hilton Omaha (Finance)

A Houseperson is responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests to ensure outstanding guest service and support the hotel's financial goals.

What will I be doing?

As a Houseperson, your responsibilities include:

• Cleaning designated areas such as restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms
• Dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing trash, and disposing of ashtrays
• Greeting guests in a friendly manner
• Reporting maintenance issues and repair needs
• Stocking and maintaining supply rooms
• Performing deep cleaning tasks and special projects like mattress flipping or furniture moves
• Delivering guest requests and assisting in cleaning guest rooms as needed
