Job summary

Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a dedicated House Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms, replenish supplies and uphold unmatched service standards.

You will clean, restock, assist guests, handle linen closets, support safety procedures, and occasionally operate a golf cart or delivery requests. This is a full-time role with days, weekends, and holidays, 8:30am–5:00pm, offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Experience in housekeeping or guest services preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items; basic villa equipment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Clean furniture, carpets, ash urns and doors.
• Sweep, dust, and mop stairwells and corridors.
• Use and maintain cleaning equipment properly.
• Operate and maintain oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer in villa.
• Report maintenance issues to housekeeping.
• Move beds and furniture as requested.
• Make beds, adjust bed skirts, handle drapes.
• Restock guest room supplies and armoires daily.
• Deliver linen to linen closets and inventory cleanliness.
• Assist guests and deliver requested items (irons, cribs, etc.).
• Respond to Residence Club emergencies.
• Operate a golf cart.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

About the role

At Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara, the House Attendant plays a pivotal role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment with responsibilities including cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, replenishing supplies, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness.

What you will do

Facility Management and Maintenance:

• Clean furniture, carpets, ash urns and doors.
• Maintain cleanliness of stairwells and corridors by sweeping, dusting, and mopping.
• Employ proper use and maintenance of all equipment and supplies.
• Operate, clean, and maintain oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, washer/dryer in villa.
• Report any maintenance deficiencies to housekeeping.

Villa Attendant Assistance:

• Move beds and furniture as requested.
• Put on bed skirts, turn mattresses, and remove or hang sheers and drapes.
• Remove trash and soiled linens as requested.
• Resupply guest rooms supplies and armoires daily

Linen Closet Management:

• Deliver linen from Meadows to the linen closets, including armoires, as needed.
• Inventory and ensure the cleanliness of the linen closets.

Guest Services:

• Offer assistance to guests when requested and as needed.
• Deliver and pick-up guest request items when assigned (i.e. irons, ironing boards). This includes making up and delivering cribs and sofa beds.

Safety and Emergency Response:

• Respond properly to any Residence Club emergency or safety situation.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Operate a golf cart.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management or staff.
