The Reserve at Fort Gaines in Fort Gaines, GA is seeking a dedicated cleaning & housekeeping contributor to support our care team. This role focuses on daily cleaning, sanitization, and maintaining a safe, comfortable living environment for residents.

Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, managing supplies, and ensuring adherence to infection control policies while respecting residents’ privacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Cleaning and sanitization of resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment; prepare and distribute supply packs and linens as needed.
• Respect residents' privacy and adhere to infection control policies; complete all required documentation accurately.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED diploma
• Previous long term care experience preferred.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and Sanitization: Perform daily and deep cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, including dusting, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and managing trash and waste materials.
• Equipment and Supplies Management: Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuums and floor buffers, safely and effectively; prepare and distribute supply packs and linens as needed.
• Resident-Focused Support: Practice sensitivity to residents’ privacy and individual needs while adhering to infection control policies and completing all required documentation accurately.
