Job summary

Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino is hiring a Housekeeping Floor Manager to lead daily operations on assigned floors, ensure top-tier cleanliness, and uphold safety and service standards. You will supervise team members, coordinate with leadership, and maintain room inspection processes to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills, with experience in housekeeping operations and familiarity with room management systems.

Qualifications

• Ability to train, coach and discipline employees.
• Working knowledge of rooms management systems (AS400, LMS, Outlook).
• Capable of using independent judgment/solid decision-making skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, team members, and guests.
• Basic mathematical skills to complete budgets, forecasts, and inventories.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Housekeeping Manager in following-up with team members on performance and policy adherence.
• Schedule and listen to team member feedback and concerns.
• Supervise team on assigned floors and ensure rooms and areas meet standards.
• Uphold company policies, cleanliness, safety, and guest service standards.
• Maintain room inspection program and coordinate with housekeeping leadership.
• Provide clear direction to foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
