Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas LLC is seeking a Housekeeping Tower Manager to lead daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to brand standards. The role includes supervising both hourly and salaried staff, implementing training, and coordinating cross-department communication to maintain high-quality rooms and public spaces.

The position requires 6+ years of housekeeping leadership experience, a high school diploma or higher, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of the daily activities for the areas of responsibility to include appropriate cleaning of all room types, corridors, storage areas, ice machine, lockers, hallways, stairwells, and trash rooms to ensure the highest degree of guest and team member satisfaction.
• Handle and support all hourly and salaried Team Members on matters related to discipline, grievances and any concerns that may arise.
• Inform salaried Team Members on the latest procedures and policies within the company and department to ensure Resorts World Las Vegas standards are met.
• Monitor salaried Team Members performance, progress, and work areas.
• Conduct regular training and coaching while providing performance appraisals and counseling/corrective action as needed.
• Delegate tasks and department duties or projects and ensure deadlines related to those assignments are met in an efficient manner.
