Job summary

PM Hotel Group seeks a Floor Inspector to lead the housekeeping team in Wilmington, NC, ensuring rooms and public areas meet our cleanliness standards and creating a welcoming in-room experience for guests.

With 1–3 years of related experience and a High School diploma, you will train staff, manage turnover, and supervise schedules while maintaining costs. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review work for the housekeeping staff.
• Keep staff on schedule; inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness.
• Oversee laundry, room turnover, and guest interactions.
• Provide training on SOPs and departmental standards.
• Monitor purchasing costs and labor expenses.
