Loews Miami Beach Hotel is seeking an organized Dispatcher for the Housekeeping team. You will serve as the communication hub, dispatching tasks, updating room status, and coordinating with Front Desk to ensure rooms are ready for check-in.

The role emphasizes accuracy, calmness under pressure, and clear communication. Previous hotel or resort housekeeping experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is expected. The position offers stable hours in a premium South Beach setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred.
• Experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and radio communications to facilitate clear communication between housekeeping and other departments.
• Dispatch tasks and requests to appropriate team members, ensuring guest needs are addressed promptly.
• Track and update room status, maintaining logs to inform the Front Office and other departments.
• Maintain professional and friendly guest relations and ensure satisfaction.
