Job summary

Biloxi Lodging is seeking a Housekeeping Dispatcher to serve as the central communication hub in our hotel. You will coordinate guest requests, assign cleaning tasks, and update room statuses in the PMS system to keep operations smooth and guests satisfied.

You will act as a liaison between housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance, ensuring timely room readiness and high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.
