Hawaiian Building Maintenance is looking for a dependable Custodial/Housekeeping team member in Honolulu to keep the lobby, restrooms, offices, and shared spaces sparkling, safe, and welcoming for guests.

This full-time, 40-hour-a-week role offers daytime hours, a competitive benefits package (health plan, vacation and holiday pay, 401(k), direct deposit), and opportunities to grow while performing cleaning duties across indoor and outdoor areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; training provided for new hires.
• Ability to follow English instructions both verbal and written.
• Experience in janitorial or custodian roles preferred.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Capable of working in various weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness in lobby, restrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Stand and walk throughout 40-hour shift; lift and push boxes as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report maintenance needs.
• Interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Operate cleaning equipment and dispose of trash.
