Job summary

YMCA of the Rockies, Estes Park Center, seeks a Buildings Maintenance Tech to repair and maintain facilities using carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC skills. The role includes planning projects, ordering parts, and coordinating with the Building Maintenance Supervisor.

You will live on-site and work AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays, with rotating after-hours emergencies. A strong safety mindset and customer‑service approach are essential.

POSITION SUMMARY: This position supports the work of the YMCA of the Rockies, Estes Park Center which operates a mission-based family and group conference and retreat center serving more than 150,000 guests annually. Buildings Maintenance Tech position is for the maintenance and repair of all aspects of the Estes Park Center facilities.
