Marriott Vacations Worldwide in Coligny, SC seeks a Housekeeping Coordinator to manage room assignments, supervisor tasks, and VIP services for guests. You will coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry to ensure timely cleaning and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry.
• Prepare and distribute assignment sheets and staff workboards.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and distributes assignment sheets/workboards to Housekeeping staff.
• Identifies room assignments and type of cleaning required for each room.
• Coordinates VIP service to ensure VIP's needs are met throughout the stay.
• Acts as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Assigns rush rooms and rooms previously on the ‘Do Not Disturb' list to Housekeepers as they occur.
• Communicates with Housekeeping team to ensure vacant dirty rooms are cleaned by the necessary time.
• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
