Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Housekeeper in Florida to maintain villas and guest spaces to our high standards. The role requires availability on weekends and holidays and involves stocking, cleaning, and reporting room status to supervisors.

You will join a team focused on guest experience, safety, and compliance with company policies while providing a supportive, friendly environment in a property setting.

Responsabilités

• Clean villas (kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, bedrooms) to MVW standards.
• Complete assigned rooms and tasks within the shift.
• Replace guest amenities (linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen items) as needed.
• Report room status to Housekeeping management or Front Desk.
• Fill housekeeping cart with supplies and transport it to rooms; return cart at end of shift.
• Follow all company policies; report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and accidents.
• Greet guests and anticipate their needs; interact professionally with colleagues and guests.
• Support team goals and adhere to safety procedures.

As a Housekeeper, a typical day will include:

• Clean the entirety of villas (Kitchens, Bathrooms, Dining Rooms, Bedrooms) according to standards.

• Complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift.

• Replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards.

• Report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk.

• Fill the Housekeeping cart/caddy with all necessary supplies/chemicals, transport the cart/caddy to the room(s), and return the cart to the designated area at the end of the shift.

• Follow all company policies and procedures; reports any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

• Contribute to team goals.

• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Housekeeper at MVW:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.

• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
