**Job Duties**

1. Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments.
2. Fill cart with supplies and transport to assigned area.
3. Enter guest rooms following proper procedures, ensuring vacancy before entering.
4. Replace guest amenities, supplies, linens, and terry in rooms.
5. Make beds, fold terry, and clean bathrooms.
6. Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items.
7. Check that all appliances are in working order.
8. Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances.
9. Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls and furnishings.
10. Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned.
12. Promote superior guest service.

This position does not involve work on the casino gaming floor or in restricted areas.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work.
2. Polite, friendly, dependable, thorough, and guest-focused.
3. Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
4. Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to forty pounds.
