Position Summary

This role involves maintaining cleanliness of the club and providing exceptional member service. Responsibilities include cleaning, restocking supplies, ensuring safety, greeting members, understanding their needs, and participating in club events and training. Flexibility for weekend and holiday hours is required.

Note: Management may reassign duties as needed.

Primary Job Functions

1. Perform detailed cleaning and preventive maintenance (e.g., restocking, trash removal, disinfecting, vacuuming, mopping).
2. Restock supplies and maintain inventory.
3. Maintain a clean, safe environment.
4. Greet members and guests professionally.
5. Anticipate and respond to members’ needs with excellent service.
6. Communicate effectively and follow up as necessary.
7. Participate in events, meetings, and training.
8. Represent the club professionally in appearance and communication.
9. Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
