The Operations Associate contributes to the club's success by assisting across various roles, providing excellent member service, maintaining cleanliness, and demonstrating professionalism. This role offers growth through experience in operations and hospitality.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Greeting members and guests, verifying memberships, and ensuring completion of registration waivers.
• Booking reservations, providing information on club programs, and delivering exceptional service.
• Managing the reception desk, operating cash registers, and processing payments.
• Creating and serving food and beverages, promoting specials, and maintaining a clean environment in the café.
• Greet and assist members/guests at the pool deck, coordinate with F&B team, and maintain amenities.
• Oversee parking garage operations, including greeting members and verifying parking.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the club, including locker rooms, fitness areas, and surrounding spaces.
• Communicate effectively, participate in meetings and training, and be flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.

This is an entry-level, part-time position within the hospitality industry.
