General Summary

This position maintains club cleanliness and provides exceptional member service. Associates demonstrate a positive, professional attitude and ensure a high level of hospitality.

Primary Job Functions

• Perform detailed cleaning and preventive maintenance (restocking supplies, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, mopping, etc.)
• Restock vanity and janitorial supplies
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Greet members and guests, anticipate needs, and provide excellent service
• Communicate effectively and follow up as needed
• Participate in events, meetings, and training
• Represent the club professionally in appearance and communication
• Schedule may include weekends and holidays
