Position Overview

This position is responsible for maintaining club cleanliness and providing the highest level of member service. Associates are expected to deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality to all members and guests, demonstrating a positive and professional attitude.

Primary Job Functions

1. Perform detailed cleaning and preventive maintenance, such as re-stocking towel shelves, emptying and wiping down trash cans, disinfecting and cleaning toilets and showers, cleaning vanity mirrors and top lights, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors regularly, and drying mop wet areas.
2. Restock vanity supplies and replenish inventory and janitorial products.
3. Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
4. Greet members and guests throughout the property.
5. Understand and anticipate the needs of members; be attentive, listen carefully, and follow through; provide exceptional customer service.
6. Communicate timely and follow up as appropriate.
7. Participate actively in events, programs, meetings, and training.
8. Represent the club professionally through image, dress, communication, and prompt follow-through.
9. Schedule may vary and include weekend and holiday hours, days, and evenings.
