Responsibilities

• Clean facility and grounds, including garbage, snow removal, floors, dusting, and windows.
• Light grounds work like shoveling entryways and icing walkways.
• Work with minimal supervision to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Deliver superior customer service and assist guests with wayfinding.
• Identify and resolve daily operational issues through critical thinking.
• Collect lost and found items and report to Guest Services.
• Promote Spirit Mountain Core Values in conduct.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address feedback.
• Report maintenance and repair needs; take initiative to resolve issues.

The Housekeeping Attendant role at Spirit Mountain is central to maintaining the pristine and welcoming atmosphere of the facility and its surroundings. This position is tailored for individuals who exhibit a keen attention to detail, independence in work habits, and a steadfast commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the cleanliness standards and overall aesthetic appeal of Spirit Mountain, directly impacting the guest experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct comprehensive cleaning tasks throughout the facility and grounds, including garbage and light snow removal, floor cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping), dusting, restroom upkeep, wall wiping, and window cleaning.


• Light grounds keeping such as shoveling entryways and/or icing the walkways (no technical equipment).


• Work efficiently with minimal supervision, ensuring high-quality outcomes.


• Deliver superior customer service and wayfinding, fostering positive guest interactions and addressing concerns or questions effectively.


• Utilize critical thinking to identify and resolve issues encountered in daily operations.


• Collect all lost and found items and ensure they are reported to Guest Services.


• Adhere to and promote Spirit Mountain’s Core Values through professional conduct.


• Ensure regular and reliable attendance.


• Interact with guests to ensure their satisfaction and address any feedback.


• Monitor the facility for maintenance and repair requirements, taking initiative to report or resolve issues.
