Villa Sport Athletic Club and Spa in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking an entry-level Housekeeping Associate to maintain sparkling club areas, ensure neat and safe environments, and serve as a welcoming ambassador to members.

You will rotate through locker rooms, laundry, exterior areas, or general housekeeping tasks, with opportunities to assist in front desk, café, or spa-reception based on club needs. No prior experience required, high energy and strong teamwork desired.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe and proper use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and cleaning equipment
• Housekeeping/hospitality experience preferred
• Bilingual a plus
• Minimum 16 years of age (certification requirements vary for café roles)
• Five-star customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to quickly learn new tasks or technology
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and varied environment where the customer is first
• Committed and flexible
• Outgoing, friendly and able to work with and serve all kinds of people

Responsibilities

• The Housekeeping Associate will keep assigned club areas sparkling, neat, uncluttered, fully stocked, and safe while following Villa Sport standards and task checklists.
• Housekeeping Associates will complete cleaning duties while acting as service ambassadors to our members.
• May be assigned to locker rooms, laundry services, exterior areas, or general club housekeeping duties.
• You may be trained and assigned to other club areas such as Member Services, Café, Recovery + Spa, Sports, or Facilities.
