Job Responsibilities

1. Operations Management (75%)
   • Perform dusting, waste disposal, polishing, disinfecting, window cleaning, floor cleaning, vacuuming, wall and ceiling cleaning, and ensuring work areas are clean and supplies are stocked.
2. Quality, Compliance, and Risk Management (10%)
   • Maintain quality assurance, infection control, and safety practices. Report damages or repairs needed. Share insights for improvement. Attend meetings and training.
3. Customer Relations and Service Delivery (10%)
   • Respond to resident, patient, and staff needs. Respect personal and property rights.
4. Administration and Reporting (5%)
   • Maintain accurate records using appropriate documentation methods.

Qualifications

• Minimum tenth grade education; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of housekeeping experience preferred; on-the-job training provided.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and floor care preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Working Conditions

• Sitting up to 1 hour/day; standing and walking up to 8 hours/day.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds, driving up to 3 hours/day.
• Work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled.
• Potential exposure to infectious waste and disease.
