Natural Retreats is hiring a Housekeeping Inspector to join our Great Smoky Mountains, TN team!

The Housekeeping Inspector plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional first impression to our guests by ensuring that residences are in pristine condition and meet brand standards. This position involves both housekeeping and inspection tasks.

Compensation:

$16.00 - $16.50 per hr. *dependent upon experience

Essential Functions:

1. Inspect homes between housekeeper cleans and guest arrivals.
2. Ensure homes are properly staged for guest arrival.
3. Use internal inspection checklists to verify cleanliness and readiness.
4. Replenish toiletries and amenities.
5. Clean bathrooms to company standards, stocked with toiletries and amenities.
6. Vacuum, sweep, and wash all flooring.
7. Clean inside and outside of appliances like refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, and stoves.
8. Prepare porches/decks and fireplaces for guest use.
9. Greet guests warmly and respond to their requests promptly.
10. Deliver items and act as a 'runner' as needed.
11. Escalate issues to management and represent Natural Retreats positively.
