Job description

Natural Retreats is hiring a Housekeeping Inspector to join our Great Smoky Mountains, TN team!

The Housekeeping Inspector plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional first impression to our guests by ensuring residences are in pristine condition and meet brand standards. The role involves both housekeeping and inspection tasks.

Compensation

$16.00 - $16.50 per hr. *dependent upon experience

Essential Functions

• Inspect homes between housekeeper cleans and guest arrivals.
• Ensure homes are properly staged for guest arrival.
• Use internal inspection checklists to confirm cleaning and preparation quality.
• Replenish toiletries and amenities.
• Clean bathrooms to company standards and stock with toiletries and amenities.
• Maintain flooring cleanliness.
• Clean refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, and stoves inside and out.
• Prepare porches/decks and fireplaces for guest use.
• Greet guests warmly and handle guest requests promptly.
• Deliver items as needed and act as a ‘runner’.
• Escalate issues to management and represent Natural Retreats positively.

Hours of Work

This full-time position requires working weekends and holidays, with schedules varying seasonally. Vacation is typically taken outside peak seasons.
