Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience.
• Strong customer service and communications skills.
• Experience working with VIP guests and dignitaries is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public areas and night cleaning.
• Train, develop and schedule housekeeping staff.
• Ensure safety, security, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Work with other departments to deliver guest satisfaction.
